Onpedder Keeps up with Trends in Hong Kong

Onpedder is the accessories extension of Asia’s leading fashion retailer Lane Crawford. The first location is at the heart of Hong Kong’s central district - Pedder Street, hence the name.

Coinciding with the increase of accessories prominence in the luxury boom since the mid-‘90s, Onpedder is Asia’s barometer of what’s hot internationally. With stores in greater china and South East Asia, the cozy luxurious shopping destinations are humble in size but large in designer’s names; Alaia, Balenciaga, Christian Louboutin, Comme des Garcons, Givenchy, Lanvin, Pierre Hardy, Stella McCartney, and Yves Saint Laurent can surly making it the Mecca for discerning international fashionistas.

 Pedderzine # 4, the magazine showcasing these international trends, is out at the stores now and free for you to pick up--just ask the attendant nicely. Visually, the theme is “Worship Devotion Power,” while the contents are great shots of this season’s hit accessories.  It also includes some works from the photographer Simon Larbalestier (you might remember him from his early works for the Pixies). In a true Hong Kong spirit, one might suggest “who need contents when the packaging is this great?”
