This lovely election day post features the return of the 24kt Fendi infused gold fur, Escada creating lighting that makes the mannequins look like they're dead [I know mannequins aren't real, but the whiteness of them creeps me out this week], and my sad little attempt at getting through the layers and layers of thick glass to document Tiffanys new harvest display. I tried :(

Could Chanel please show me a little mercy? I remember this time last year the windows were so well lit and it was Fendi that was struggling. Now it's nearly impossible to get a photo. I'm talking about 2.8 @ 1/6 @ 200 ISO is too low [photo geeks will get this, normal people — that's a long time for a window] But the windows are incredible and while I was shaking like a leaf trying to get photos in focus, I became obsessed with the giant chunk sliver nail polish.
