Cristian Borillo and Martin Cespedes form the New York-based creative duo Hunter and Gatti. They have known each other for more than a decade and have worked together as art directors for some of the most prestigious advertising agencies, creating successful campaigns for fashion brands such as Burberry and Diesel. After establishing their own agency dedicated exclusively to the fashion industry the partners forayed into the world of photography, working with companies such as Hugo Boss, Massimo Dutti, Carolina Herrera and Guess, as well as Vogue, Esquire and Flaunt magazine. As multidisciplinary creators, their latest work has turned them into plastic artists claiming the durability of fashion photography. They are interested in retrofitting the concepts surrounding this in a series of pictorial works realized in photos printed on canvas in big format. Their work will be presented on November 19th at an exhibition in New York.
