This Paris Fashion Week, Diane Pernet, the style maven behind A Shaded View of Fashion, will be hosting an annual film festival devoted to fashion, style and beauty. The event will marry the artistry of cinema and design for three days, from Sept. 25-27, at the Passage du Desir/BETC, with awards set to be announced on Oct. 8.
