The Corner is the online destination store for those who like discounted products from hipster lines such as Ann Demeulemeester, Premiata, Adam Kimmel and Veronique Branquinho. Launched earlier this year by Yoox, the uber popular close-out boutique, this online shopping center beats the outlet malls any day.

Oki-ni

Discerning men with a taste for haute sportswear will be hard pressed to find an online boutique comparable to Oki-ni's tight edit of premium Japanese denim, collectors edition trainers and statement-making streetwear from the likes of Levis, Alejandro Ingelmo and Nom de Guerre. Limited quantity, exquisite quality and couture labels are all featured among CoutureLab's list of fine offerings. The two-year-old site hit its stride in 2008, curating more than 30 lifestyle labels from familiar names such as Bottega Veneta, Kris Van Assche and L'Wren Scott as well as from lesser known talents such as Lydia Courteille, Christian Astuguevieille, and Bea Valdes.

La Garçonne

La Garçonne's rapid rise in 2008 is no surprise when considering the new generation of labels the boutique has amassed online. Acne Jeans, 3:1 Philip Lim, Alexander Wang, Vena Cava, Luella and other likeminded brands are handpicked to satisfy the modernist fashionista on a more moderate budget.
